Wondering what to do with code

Last semester, I spent my late afternoons with my professor learning incomprehensible codes that made up the websites we get ourselves acquainted with. Not only acquainted with but get addicted to, get our blood pressure pumping or allow us to drift to our dysfunctional existence. I never appreciated the hard work that came along with creating a web site that can pass as visually stimulating. Perhaps when God poured the "techie" brains upon the earth, a number of us were shut behind the door. That brain of course, consisted of a highly complex structure with a huge tolerance for advanced logical operations. A blessing not rather bestowed to the rest of us. Those codes, which I rather consider bizarre, does not fail to get me lost in the myriad of archaic computer language. I find this worse than Mandarin, ancient Greek and Latin combined.
I was lucky to be guided by my professor in a mark up language that most computer geeks find so simple. So simple, I'm not surprised if they give me stares that look like "uhhh why are you soooo stupid" while stomping my feet in the middle of computer lab reminiscent of a spoiled brat. A brainless spoiled brat that is. This language is called Hyper Text Markup Language, otherwise known as HTML for brevity.
I appeal to the kind hearts of those learned in the language of computers, can someone please enlighten me in the art of computer language, whether that's PHP, HTML, CSS, SQL and whatever.
I personally do not deserve the 97 I got from my professor. He does have a kind heart. Enlighten me. For those kind souls please email me switylegal@live.com.
